Responsibilities:
- Research Planning: Develop and enhance research infrastructure at the university and affiliated research centers, while fostering collaboration with various university departments in the context of local and health system-relevant research.
- Research Assessment: Conduct a thorough analysis of research activities at the university and devise strategies for improvement across all stages including topic selection, proposal writing, implementation, and final report writing, along with publication in reputable journals.
- Multi-Center Project Support: Plan and provide support for multi-center projects, cohort studies, disease registration systems, and health data systems.
- Supervision: Oversee the performance of the offices and units within the Research Development and Evaluation Management structure.
